My role

As a senior experience designer and design lead for Financial Center Technology, I had an opportunity to design several POC to test our technology capabilities enabling assoicates within the Financial Center to service customers that are in the lobby using tablets to expedite their transaction and services needs as well as service customers who are processing ATM transactions which are flagged for review/approval that would otherwise be declined due to the amount of the transaction.

The result

Bank of America has revolutioned the way Banking is conducted both in a self service ATM and full service mode. Processing transactions faster and improving customer satisfaction by approving transactions that traditionally are systematically declined.
