Designed OMNI channel Client servicing applications

During my tenur at Bank of America I have designed several complete E2E Client servicing applications for Call Center and Financial Center applications.

These are the types of applications I have designed:

    • Customer and account maintenance
    • Call center relationship deepening (Sales application)
    • ATM video teller assistance (Transaction processing in an ATM assisted mode)
    • Transaction processing applications
    • Bank by appointment management system
    • Account servicing and maintenance application
    • Customer event history management
    • Legal processing application (Processing government levy's and lein's on accounts)

My role

I was the lead design architect, interaction designer and visual designer

The result

We signficantly improved client satisfaction by providing associates the tools they need to easily service all client needs. The systems i designed are highly efficent and signficantly reduced errors. Additionally, the client service time was cut in half saving money operationally and improved customer satisfaction ratings.
